It’s super comfortable to wear on oily skin despite a bit of shine, and on dry skin it pretty much has the perfect sunscreen finish. The EU Allergen Free label is for the 26 ingredients identified by the EU SCCS and products will be only flagged if a suspected ingredient is on it's ingredient list. Even when I’m being very careful with application I end up with sunscreen flakes along my jawline, and the nice satin finish just isn’t worth it to me.

Occasionally I’ll apply too much at a time and it’ll all clump up into one gross sunscreen snowball, but it tends to do that even when I’m using an excess of caution. I haven’t tried anything else from Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost line, but this one is a beautiful watery gel lotion, and it warms up on the skin almost like a serum.
